We do not process your application data or transferred content. Godwit Sync runs entirely on your infrastructure. Your data transfers occur directly between your source and destination storage systems. Your data never passes through our servers.
We minimize data collection. We only collect information that is strictly necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.

When you purchase a license or contact us, we may collect:

How Godwit Sync Software Works
To be completely transparent about our software:
- Local operation: Godwit Sync runs entirely on your machines and infrastructure
- No phone home: The software does not send any data to our servers during normal operation
- Local license validation: License verification uses cryptographic signatures validated locally, with no network requests to our servers
- Local state storage: Migration plans and state files are stored in SQLite databases on your systems

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
